Aid Organizations

CES Canada is one of many Aid Organizations involved in Kenya (see Directory of NGO Branch of the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs).  CES seeks to partner with like minded organizations that provide relief from poverty, disease and injustice.

CES Canada stands as a “beacon of hope” for youth who have been marginalized by the HIV/Aids pandemic.   Through Project PREPARE ( Program to Reduce Poverty and Provide Access to Rural Education), CES Canada supports needy youth who without help will not achieve a secondary school diploma.  CES stands in partnership with CES Kenya to provide secondary school education to orphans and others affected by the HIV/Aids pandemic living in Kenya.

“It is our collective duty to build public awareness around the pressing issues surrounding HIV/Aids.  This awareness must lead to concrete and constructive action. All sectors of society, from across the political, community and corporate arenas, must join forces to promote justice and peace for all peoples of the world.  We stand for tolerance, justice and human rights, and hope that by taking action and leading by example, we can encourage other organizations to do the same.” Michael Frederiksen, CES Canada President.
