NKUBU HIGH SCHOOL

Dear (C. E. S.)

Greetings from Kenya. I am Teddy Kinyua and in form 2 schooling at the school named above.  I am 15 years old and I’m an orphan.  I have a cousin who is schooling  the same school and is also an orphan. Both of us are struggling to get better grades in this disciplined school.

I take this great opportunity to thank you for the support you want to offer us. I know so many wanted to get this opportunity but they haven’t. This makes me to assure you that it will never go to waste. I also want to thank you for reducing my poor aunt’s burden. She is taking care of seven orphans me included.  She is going through a hard time in order to feed them so that no one goes hungry. She also wants them to be in school and not idling at home doing nothing.

I promise to work hard since you have changed my life here in school.  I feel I’m now ready to work till I fulfill my dream. I also want to thank you most for choosing me to support since so many wanted this great chance but you chose only me. I promise not to let you down in any way since I have now adjusted my mind in books.

I have come to realize that I’m not alone here in this voluminous earth. I have got many parents. First my Principal he has been like a father to me and not only a father but a good father. He has chosen me out of many needy students in this school. This shows how good he is and I promise that I will now get focused to score my goals.

I would like to go to a University of my choice, where I will fulfill my dreams and score my goals of becoming a lawyer so that one day I will help another needy child somewhere. I have discovered that a needy child is waiting for me to help him/her and to fulfill this is only by working extra hard. May God bless you and mostly your family.

All I have now is to thank you but words are not enough to say thank you this is all I have to say. Thank you and God bless you and your family.

THANK YOU

Yours faithfully
