Notes:

St. Patrick’s Bukhakunga SS is located in Malava District approximately one hours drive north from Kakamega.  There are numerous rural road lined with sugar cane fields en route to this beautiful and well kept school.

St. Patrick’s Bukhakunga has a mix of older buildings and new classrooms.  There is also a resident cow to add to the school environment.  The school has ten students sponsored through the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board in Ontario Canada.  Summer School students have sponsored Bukhakunga School for the past three years through their generous donations and heart for their Kenyan peers. They responded to an appeal to support students orphaned by the HIV/Aids pandemic.
